Brooklyn’s Artistry Client Policy

Thank you for choosing Brooklyn’s Artistry! To ensure the best experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking.

Booking & Deposits

* A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

* Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

* Deposits will be applied toward your final service total.

* The remaining balance is due on the day of service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

* Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

* Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice and have their deposit transferred to a new date.

* No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be unable to book future appointments.

Late Policy

* Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period.

* Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation of the appointment.

* Late arrivals may be subject to an additional fee.

Makeup Preparation

To achieve the best results, clients should:

* Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.

* Avoid excessive skincare products immediately before the appointment.

* Inform Brooklyn’s Artistry of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions before the service begins.

Additional Guests

* Please notify Brooklyn’s Artistry in advance if additional guests will be accompanying you.

* To maintain a professional work environment, unnecessary guests may be asked to wait outside the service area.

Bridal & Group Bookings

* Bridal and large-party bookings may require a signed contract and additional deposit.

* Final headcount and service selections must be confirmed prior to the event date.

* Travel fees may apply depending on location.

Touch-Ups & Satisfaction

* Any adjustments requested during the appointment will be happily accommodated.

* Once the client leaves the appointment, refunds will not be provided for completed services.

Photography & Social Media

* Photos and videos may be taken for portfolio and promotional purposes.

* Clients who prefer not to have their photos shared must notify Brooklyn’s Artistry before their appointment.

Health & Safety

* Services will not be performed on clients with contagious illnesses, active infections, or conditions that may compromise health and safety.

* Brooklyn’s Artistry reserves the right to refuse service when necessary for sanitary or safety reasons.

Refund Policy

* Due to the time, products, and artistry invested in each service, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued on completed makeup services.
